6. Be able to independently assume civil liability.

Local people's governments at or above the county level within 45 days from the date of acceptance of the application for registration of the practice of health, according to the Regulations and the basic standards of medical institutions for review. If the audit is qualified, it shall be registered and issued a "license to practice medicine"; if the audit is not qualified, the applicant shall be notified in writing of the results of the audit.
What materials are needed to apply for the license to practice in medical institutions
1, "set up a medical institution approval letter" or "set up a medical institution for the record receipt";
2, medical institutions with property rights or proof of use of the building;
3, medical institutions building design plan;
4, proof of capital verification, asset evaluation report;
5, the rules and regulations of the medical institution;
6, the legal representative or principal person in charge of the medical institution, as well as the directory of heads of departments and relevant qualifications, practice certificates copies;
7, the medical institution to apply for registration of practice.
