From April 2004 1 2065438, freight vehicle passes will be issued to trucks with registered addresses below three axles in the main city (excluding Beibei District). Green Pass Processing Flow:
(a) the owner of the vehicle who needs to apply for a pass shall submit a written application to the traffic management department of the public security organ, and provide the original and photocopy of the driving license. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall, within 5 working days from the date of accepting the application, issue the corresponding truck pass to those who meet the application conditions, and make relevant records; If the application conditions are not met, the reasons shall be explained.
(2) Apply for a green pass and go to the Service Order Detachment of the Traffic Management Bureau of Chongqing Public Security Bureau.
Green Pass is valid:
The green pass is issued with 1 vehicle 1 certificate, and the validity period shall not exceed 1 year, and the pass of the current year shall be renewed every March 1 day. The original pass is still valid during the renewal period, but the longest use period shall not exceed 1 month.
