When the mold is opened, the movable mold part moves backward, and the mold opening force drives the side core slider to slide inward and outward in the guide groove of the movable mold plate through the inclined guide pillar until the side core slider is completely separated from the plastic part, thus completing the lateral core pulling action. The plastic part is wrapped on the core, and the subsequent mold continues to move backward until the ejector pin of the injection molding machine touches the mold push plate, and the ejection mechanism starts to work, and the ejector pin pushes the plastic part out of the core.
