(1) Applicable subjects.
Medical practitioners and assistant medical practitioners: professional medical personnel who have obtained the qualification of medical practitioners or assistant medical practitioners according to law and are registered to practice in medical, preventive and health care institutions.

7. Put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of medical treatment, prevention, health care and health administrative departments of this institution, and participate in the democratic management of this institution according to law.
(3) Mandatory provisions.
1. After registration, doctors can practice in medical, preventive and health care institutions according to the registered practice place, category and scope, and engage in corresponding medical, preventive and health care businesses. Persons who have not obtained the registered practicing certificate of doctors shall not engage in the practicing activities of doctors.
2, doctors to implement medical, preventive and health care measures, signed the relevant medical documents, must personally check and investigate, and in accordance with the provisions, fill in the medical documents in time.
3, the doctor should truthfully introduce the patient or his family, but should pay attention to avoid adverse consequences to patients. Doctors carrying out experimental clinical medical treatment shall obtain the consent of the hospital and the consent of the patients themselves or their families.

5. Publicize medical care knowledge and provide health education for patients.
