Medium (high) energy gas pedals, imported radiation therapy devices, gamma irradiation processing devices and other large-scale radiation device construction projects, shall be submitted by the national testing organization issued by the examination of radiation protection evaluation report. Article VIII of the construction unit in the construction project before the completion of acceptance, should be carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of radiation protection facilities protection, and to the local provincial people's government health administrative departments to apply for acceptance, submit the following information; after acceptance, before being put into operation or use:
(a) the completion of the construction project, health acceptance application;
(b) the design of radiation protection facilities for the construction project Health review information;
(C) construction project radiation protection facilities protection effect evaluation;
(D) the provincial people's government health administrative department that it is necessary to provide other relevant information.
Medium (high) energy gas pedal, imported radiation therapy devices, gamma irradiation processing equipment and other large-scale radiation device construction projects, should be submitted to the national testing organization issued by the radiation protection effect evaluation review. Article IX engaged in the production, use and sale of radioisotopes and radiation devices must obtain a health license; without health license, registration, shall not engage in radiological work. Article 10 to apply for a health license, shall have the following conditions:
(a) the construction project of radiation protection facilities, the provincial people's government health administrative department of the design review and acceptance of the completion of the approval;
(b) radioisotopes purchasing approval;
(c) involves radioactive wastewater, waste gas, solid waste discharge, there should also be approved by the environmental protection Administrative Department of the environmental impact assessment documents approved;
(d) radiation workplace and facilities, equipment in line with relevant national standards and radiation protection requirements;
(e) have the necessary radiation protection measures and protection and detection of instrumentation and equipment;
(f) engaged in the radiation work of the personnel qualified by the health examination, specialized knowledge of radiation protection and knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations training. Hold a "radiation worker card";
(7) set up radiation protection management agencies or organizations, with full-time or part-time radiation protection management personnel;
(8) the establishment of a sound system of responsibility for radiation protection and radiation protection rules and regulations;
(9) in line with the radiation hygiene regulations, rules and regulations stipulated in the other requirements. Article XI of the provincial people's government health administrative department shall, within seven days from the date of receipt of the application for health authorization, in writing to make the acceptance, inadmissibility or deadline for supplementing the relevant information to the decision.
Health administrative department shall be accepted within thirty days from the date of completion of the review, the qualified to be approved, and issue health permits; unqualified, the issuance of health review opinion. Article XII of radioisotope work units to obtain health permits, shall be within thirty days to the local public security organs to apply for registration of radiation work, overdue registration of radiation work, the health permit automatically expires. Radiological work units should be required to re-examine the deadline of thirty days before the original licensing department to apply, and submit by the accredited testing organizations issued by the radiation protection testing and evaluation information, the original licensing department from the date of receipt of the application within thirty days of the completion of the re-examination, in line with the requirements to be verified; not in line with the requirements of the re-examination of the letter of opinion issued. Article XIV of the radiological work unit to change the legal representative or person in charge, address, location, production process, raw materials or health permit requirements of the project, should be changed within thirty days from the date of occurrence of the matter to the original licensing department to apply for changes, and submit relevant information.
