(a) more than 100 beds in general hospitals, hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, hospitals combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, ethnomedicine hospitals and specialty hospitals, sanatoriums, rehabilitation hospitals, maternity and child health care hospitals, first aid centers, clinical testing centers and specialized disease prevention and treatment institutions for three years;
(b) the other health care institutions for one year of the verification period;
< p>(C) Sino-foreign equity joint venture medical institutions for one year;(D) suspended after the verification of the verification of qualified medical institutions again for one year.
Article VII of the medical institutions shall apply to the registration authority three months before the expiration of the verification period, and submit the following materials (hereinafter referred to as the verification of the application materials):
(a) "Application for Verification of Healthcare Institutions";
(b) "medical institutions and their copies of the license to practice;
(c) a summary of each year's work;
(d) Diagnostic and therapeutic subjects, beds (dental chairs) and other practice registration items, as well as changes in health professionals, business units and large-scale medical equipment;
(e) acceptance of the results of inspections and guidance by the health administration department during the validation period and the rectification situation;
(f) medical civil damages (compensation) that occurred during the validation period (including medical accidents), as well as the health personnel's unlawful and irregular practice (viii) the occurrence of medical civil damages (compensation) during the validation period (including medical accidents) as well as the illegal practice of health technicians and their treatment;
