The processing technology of kitchen waste by anaerobic digestion method includes eight systems: metering receiving system, pretreatment system, oil-water separation system, anaerobic digestion system, biogas residue fertilizer system, biogas utilization system, sewage treatment system and waste gas treatment system.

① High reduction: the reduction rate is above 95%, and the remaining organic fertilizer is about 2%.
(2) Completely harmless: maintaining the temperature of the material above 60℃ can kill pathogenic bacteria and parasite eggs.
(3) Full utilization of resources: after the kitchen waste is treated, recyclable biogas is generated, and the biogas residue is turned into powdered organic fertilizer, and the oil recovery rate in the wastewater is ≥99%.
④ Sewage treatment: After being treated by the latest SFAO3 full-quantified landfill leachate treatment system, no concentrated solution is produced, and the qualified rate is 100%.
⑤ Waste gas treatment: the waste gas in the station is collected under negative pressure, and discharged up to standard after treatment, without peculiar smell.
⑥ Noise: It meets the standard of Emission Standard of Environmental Noise at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises (GB 12348).
⑦ The process flow is relatively complex, the system has high degree of automation, simple operation and easy management.
(8) It has wide applicability to incoming materials and can degrade food waste, kitchen waste, fruit and vegetable waste, etc.
