How to handle the transfer procedure?

(1) Transfer must be discussed by the department or proposed by the department director. Patients and their families can also request the department director or the attending doctor. With the approval of the medical department and hospital leaders, they can contact the transfer hospital in advance and obtain the consent of the other party before transfer. (2) When it is necessary to transfer to a foreign hospital for hospitalization, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the patient's unit, and sometimes report to the Health Department for approval, issue a certificate and go through the formalities. Patients with acute infectious diseases, leprosy, psychosis and paraplegia are not allowed to be transferred to other provinces for treatment. (3) For patients with serious illness, the hospital should send people to escort them and bring first-aid medicines. If it is estimated that there may be life-threatening on the way, they should not be transferred to the hospital for treatment, and they should be transferred to the hospital after their condition is stable. Patients and their families should also actively cooperate. (4) When transferring to another hospital, you should bring a medical record summary. It is best to bring medical materials such as X-rays, so as to avoid repeated inspections and reduce costs. You can go through the borrowing formalities, and when you leave the hospital after treatment, you will return the borrowed materials to the hospital. (5) When you change your major for diagnosis and treatment in the hospital, you must obtain the consent of the transfer department consultation, and it is decided by the medical department when necessary. The transfer department will send someone to transfer the patient to the transfer department, and hand over the illness and explain the relevant matters. Transfer to the department and check-up according to a set of procedures for newly admitted patients, write the transfer record, and notify the outpatient department and nutrition room. After being hospitalized due to illness, the employer shall file with the agency at the same level within 5 working days. Otherwise, the hospitalization expenses will not be reimbursed.
