1000 hours of normal operation and maintenance in room temperature and humidity: Firstly, Megger Intelligence conducted the test on the three NB-IoT modules (SLM130, SLM160, SLM130X) in room temperature and humidity, and the test samples were powered on and off for 1,000 hours, and they still maintained continuous normal operation and maintenance.
1000 hours of high temperature and high humidity without network: In the high temperature test session, Megger Intelligent will NB-IoT module samples loaded with eSIM card and antenna and placed into the environmental test box, in the case of stable mobile network coverage in the way of serial port connection module access to the computer to raise the temperature of the test box to 85 ℃ at a rate of 1 ℃ / min, and power on the power supply, through the computer serial port AT command tool, 1 minute intervals cycle AT command occurs. 1000 hours of continuous reliability at ultra-low temperature: Subsequently, using the same means as high-temperature testing, the three (SLM130, SLM160, SLM130X) NB-IoT modules of Megger Intelligence have maintained a stable network connection even when the test chamber was lowered from ambient temperature to -40°C at a rate of 1°C/min during the 1,000-hour test. The NB-IoT module also maintains a stable network connection even when the computer frequently initiates commands every 1 minute, strongly proving the super stability and ultra-high reliability of Megger's intelligent NB-IoT module.
