The intersection of Provincial Highway 250 Connector and Su Huang Line is located in Caiji Township of Suqian City, less than 1 kilometer west of the township government of Caiji Township.

The main significance of the 250 Provincial Highway Connection Line, also known as the Cailong Line (Caiji - Longhe), is to connect the western entrance of Suqian on Provincial Highway 325/Huaixu Expressway.

It is expected that around 2022, some of the sections of the 250 Provincial Highway Connector may become the western section of S324 Provincial Highway Suqian.
