A survey of college students in Xi'an shows that 47.46% of Xi'an college graduates have considered starting their own businesses. Zhang Tao: looking for miracles in the Internet
Zhang Tao's company is adjacent to He Guilong's, and is one of the eight enterprises stationed in the Hi-tech Zone's university student entrepreneurship base.
Zhang Tao is a private college in Xi'an 07 graduates, his name of the Shaanxi Ju Hui network technology company was founded in March 2008, the registered capital of 1 million yuan.
Zhang Tao comes from the rural areas of Wugong County, and his parents, who run a pharmacy in Xinjiang, have given him a lot of support for his business. His company has now invested more than 200,000 yuan, but has not yet begun to make a profit.
In his freshman year of college, Zhang Tao set up a baking company with a friend and represented a company in Shanghai. Later on, he also represented the sales of phone cards, wholesale clothing, etc., and also made some money.
After graduation, he went to Renmin University of China to continue his undergraduate studies, where he found Zhongguancun to be a hot spot and began to have conscious contact with the IT industry. He began to think that the Internet should be the door to his business.
At the beginning of the company, he positioned his business in website design, medical software technology outsourcing agency. At most, his company had 30 employees and monthly sales of 60,000 yuan. But there were too many of these companies, too much competition, and after a few months of bombardment, the business was forced to stop.
Now, Zhang Tao turned his attention to the B2C shopping mall, in his "e-commerce plan" completed a few days ago, he will be the company's goal of positioning in e-commerce, the establishment of a national comprehensive category of electronic online shopping clusters.
Zhang Tao's vision is to move the male clothing products on the network, starting with the tie, "because the tie is relatively simple, the technical content is not very high". Xi Yamin: not yet clear sample
Xi Yamin wrote in his blog signature: are living, however, everyone is different.
Just after the Spring Festival, Xi Yamin moved his company into a commercial and residential building in the southern suburbs of Xi'an. In the office, the windows are clear, the door of the innermost room is written on the "general manager's room", after the wide desk is a boss chair as usual. When he went to college, he was obsessed with making money. In addition to studying, he spent more energy on figuring out how to earn money with his classmates. Of course, he earned some living expenses with his smartness and diligence.
In early 2003, he and a dozen of his classmates put together more than 2,000 yuan to open a small bar near the school, and soon, "SARS" shattered their dreams of wealth.
Before graduation, the teacher helped him contact a design institute in Xi'an for internship. He actively requested to participate in the field measurement work, so that the food and shelter will not have to worry about.
In July 2005, Xi graduated from college and returned to Xi'an to work. The company told him that he needed to continue the trial period of three months, the monthly salary is still 600 yuan.
It was at this time that his brother started a small road and bridge design company in Tongchuan, so he resigned from the company and returned to Tongchuan to help his brother.
In August 2007, he told his brother that he wanted to start his own business, his reason was: on the one hand, he felt young, "do not want to cool under the tree in his brother"; on the other hand, he wanted to go to the provincial capital to develop, so that their own careers will have a big upturn.
In the end, he left his brother at the risk of "ingratitude". But he couldn't leave Tongchuan because he didn't have enough money. A friend introduced him to a project in Yan'an and asked if he could take it in 20 days. Finally, he decided to take the project. In the next few days, he was busy looking for people, money and office space. Borrowing 20,000 RMB, he finally finished this design project in 15 days and passed the evaluation. According to the books, the project has 10,000 yuan of profit, but the settlement period is in a year, invariably he was burdened with 20,000 yuan of debt.
After that, it is a repeated failure. He began to ask himself: how long can you hold out on the road to entrepreneurship?
He wrote in his weblog that he really wanted to give up and find a better job. But I'm not willing, I don't want to do that, because I chose this road, I chose this life, in the road of life I'm here to struggle!
But he could never let go of the dream of entrepreneurship. Last April, he again raised 20,000 yuan to Xi'an, registered this company. He gave the company's initial positioning is "picking up the queue", that is, to do the big design institutes do not see the "small" design, from earning a small amount of money to start. Every day, he worked very hard to find business around, often only eat a meal.
The success of the work, so he gradually built up some contacts, to undertake part of the design institute of the drawing, drawings and other technical support work. He said that by the end of last year, his company also had a turnover of nearly 300,000 yuan, but more than 100,000 of them have not been settled. For a while, he seemed hopeful about the future.

Xi Yamin's reply is very simple: in a word, struggle for tomorrow! Everything should not be too optimistic, but also can not be pessimistic.

He Guilong: incubated in the shelter
Compared with Xi Yamin, He Guilong's entrepreneurial road seems to be slightly easier.
He Guilong's company is not only stationed in the high-tech zone in Xi'an, enjoying zero rent and office equipment, there is also a one-on-one mentor to help solve the various practical problems in the business.
On March 17th, at about 1pm, He Guilong, as a successful representative of college students, went to the Xi'an Municipal Government to attend a seminar convened by the Ministry of Human Resources and Labor Security inspection team. His business card is printed with the title of "General Manager of Xi'an City Fire Hall Advertising Company". The only thing is that the registered capital of his business is a little smaller, only 30,000 yuan.
In July 2007, He Guilong graduated from Xi'an Engineering University with a college degree in English, and during his school years, he worked as a club leader. He gradually found that the school contains many business opportunities. Half a year before graduation, in the teacher's support, he raised 26,000 yuan, registered "Xi'an Fire Hall Advertising Co.
In order to avoid their own "back", he once paid a year's rent. When he got the business license, he was left with only 16 yuan.
In addition to the dream of entrepreneurship, the university has not yet graduated from the establishment of the company, He Guilong has another purpose, get the company business license, he immediately carved a seal. With this official seal, he signed a labor contract with himself and gave himself a "three gold" and so on. Soon, the household registration formalities for settling in Xi'an were also handled.
He Guilong for the company's business positioning is accurate, the first single business is to undertake a product in the campus promotion, after the completion of the profit of nearly 2,000 yuan, which is undoubtedly the biggest encouragement for him.
However, the good times did not last long, and the next summer vacation became a two-month business gap for the company. But He Guilong did not get discouraged, he envisioned the opening of the school laying sales outlets in various campuses, providing all kinds of living supplies for new students. In the meantime, several employees of the company's main work every day is in the wholesale market inquiry, bargaining and bargaining.
However, when it came to the beginning of the school year, he was dumbfounded, not only the new students carry almost all the necessary supplies, but also the campus inside and outside the large and small stores are selling at low prices. He felt that the first low point of entrepreneurship.
At the beginning of last year, due to the company's business is too single, coupled with the winter vacation no business, and finally no money to pay the rent, He Guilong had to choose to shut down.
After two months of introspection, he positioned the company's main business in the production of "sports manuals" for universities at no cost, and then the manuals as an advertising vehicle to customers. The company finally resumed business, but by this time there was no house, no employees, and no money. But these inside information can not let the customer feel, he ran around every day business, a month and a half one by one visit to the Xi'an City, the relevant person in charge of the university, and finally signed a cooperation agreement with 19 universities.
After this business is completed, but almost no profit, and even not enough to pay the cost of the printing house.
Well, fate arranged a new turn for him, in his fight, May 8, 2008, he moved into the high-tech zone business base, becoming the first college students to enter the business here.
In October 2008, He Guilong obtained a micro-guaranteed loan of 50,000 yuan issued by the Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Labor and Social Security and the Municipal Employment Service Center, which solved the big problem of insufficient working capital.

"Inspiration brightens life, entrepreneurship changes destiny" is the slogan of CCTV's "Winning in China" program, and almost all college entrepreneurs are attracted to this program. For the passionate college students, this is beyond the scope of the TV program, it is more like a banner, is to show the stage of passion and dreams. At the same time, the successful entrepreneurs make high-profile appearances, and the failures quietly retreat, the students' eyes are full of too many entrepreneurial miracles.
But the reality is to create wealth, far from just speak out loud ideal so simple, and not everyone has the opportunity to have the ability to create a myth, a passion may not be able to exchange wealth and experience. The lack of capital, the lack of management experience, the lack of comprehensive market research, doomed the vast majority of entrepreneurs to failure.

The plight of student entrepreneurship highlights the inadequacy of current education from the opposite side. Professor Cui Yizhong of Northwestern Polytechnical University is one of the earliest experts in entrepreneurship in China, and he said that domestic university entrepreneurship education originated in 2002, and is now only piloted in nine institutions across the country, including the Northwestern Polytechnical University and Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the current curriculum is not as satisfactory as it should be. In the United States, on the other hand, in 1999, about 1,100 colleges and universities offered courses in this field. The government has clearly recognized the importance of entrepreneurial guidance and training. According to Jiao Weifa, director of the Xi'an Municipal Entrepreneurship Leading Group Office, on March 31, Xi'an will start "10,000 college students entrepreneurship training program", the first phase of about 200 students, eligible entrepreneurial students can enjoy the "zero cost" training, and those who pass the exam will also receive up to 50 percent of the total cost of the program. The exams will also be able to get a maximum of 500,000 yuan of entrepreneurial loans, entrepreneurial funds totaling 50 million yuan.
Hope that the entrepreneurial college students frequently call for policy incentives, that the country should have a direct venture capital mechanism for college students, through the establishment of risk funds and other preferential policies to stimulate entrepreneurship in colleges and universities. But in front of the market rules, entrepreneurs are all ordinary legal person, and will not change because of the identity of college students.
