01, registration and login
First time to open the application, it is recommended to register an account, otherwise, such as fax and other parts of the function can not be used!
Registration steps: Select "Operation" at the bottom right or slide your finger to the left, select "Settings" in the pop-up operation bar, and then select "Registration and Login" under the "Settings" bar. Select "Register and Login" button, under Login, select Register, enter your registered email address and password, and select "Send Activation Email". Go to the registered email address to verify, registration is successful.
02. Shooting and Optimizing Scanned Documents
Open the software, select the "Camera" icon at the bottom of the screen to bring up the shooting page, and then focus on the object you want to shoot, and in order to shoot it neatly, you can activate the grid line at the top right. After that, select Shoot to finish shooting. After you've finished shooting, you can cut the edges of the captured image and beautify it.
Cutting edges: When you select Finish Shooting, an edging page will automatically pop up, and you can control the edges of the image by pulling the eight blue dots. After confirming, a beautification page will continue to pop up.
Enhancement: There are five filter-like buttons on the left border: No Enhancement, Brighten, Enhance and Sharpen, Black and White, and Grayscale. The "No Enhancement" button allows you to undo the following four actions! The other four effects are more practical ~ there are three fine-tuning columns on the right.
03, local albums imported as a document
Want to take photos in the device to save a PDF document? At the beginning of this purpose is to poke the "scanning all king". Open the application, select the camera icon next to the picture button, select the local or photo stream, select a specific photo, click on the top right to complete, generate a new document.
04, the document view and management
Add and subtract pages within the document: before the one-time shooting and importing pictures will be a one-time generation of a document, if you need to add or subtract from this document, you need to go into the document, and again check the camera and photo icons at the bottom to add pictures. Select a single picture, you can delete! The following focuses on the overall categorization and operation of the document.
Modify the name of the document: open a document, select the lower-right "Properties", select the pop-up box in the "title bar", enter a new name, return after the completion of the document name modification is complete.
Management of each page of a single document: open a document, select the upper right of the Edit, and then select the specific page, and then select the following options can be moved/copied on a single page, delete and other operations!
Label management: open the application, you can see the upper left side of a "label" button, click to expand, you can see it below the "unfiled", "books", "contracts" and so on. "Contracts" and other sub-categories. If you need to modify the name of the label you can double-click on the label name, the modification box will pop up, enter the name of the label you want to change to, confirm! If you need to add a classification label, you can select the label bar on the far right of the "+".
The document will be categorized under the label: no matter under which classification label, long press the document until an envelope icon appears, and then drag it to the appropriate label, pay attention, do not drag out of range.
Deleting, locking, and merging documents: On a tiled page of a document, select Edit at the top right, and a "blue circle" appears at the top right of all documents. Select the circle, the trash can icon below is lit, select "Trash" to delete the document.
Select "Lock" at the bottom, set a password, and confirm the password. The password lock is set successfully, the cover of the document has also changed, the next time you view the document you need to enter the password. If you need to unlock the document, you will need to enter the password the next time you view the document.
Select the "circle" at the top right of two or more documents. Select Merge and choose whether to delete the original document after merging! The merge is complete.
05, print or fax to send documents?
When the document management or archiving, you may need to print or fax the form of sending documents.
Print the document: select "Edit", and then select the specific document, in the column of deleted documents, there is a "Share" icon on the far right, which has a print and fax to send the button. You can also enter the document view page, select the "Share" button. On a single page of a document, you can also select the "Share" button to print or fax the page! Select Print, find a printer, adjust the number of pages (not available for single-page printing) and the number of copies, and start printing.
Fax (this feature requires a top-up): select "Fax", select a country, enter a fax number, and select the number of pages to fax! If the balance is insufficient, you can not choose to send, you must first select the "recharge" button to purchase. Depending on the price, you don't need to send 1, 2 or 10 pages of faxes.
