Twentieth "disinfection management measures"
After obtaining the business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce, the manufacturer of disinfectants, disinfection instruments and sanitary products shall also obtain the hygiene license issued by the local provincial health and family planning administrative department before engaging in the production of disinfection products.
Article 25
Where a disinfection products production enterprise that has obtained a hygiene license changes its enterprise name, legal representative or production category, it shall apply to the original issuing authority and issue a new license after examination and approval. The new certificate continues the original health permit number.
Article 26
The production, import and use of new materials, new technologies and new sterilization principles to produce disinfectants and disinfection instruments (hereinafter referred to as New disinfection products) shall obtain the hygiene license issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission in accordance with the provisions of these Measures. The production and import of disinfectants, disinfection instruments and antibacterial agents in sanitary products outside New disinfection products shall be carried out by production and import enterprises in accordance with relevant regulations and meet the requirements of sanitary standards and norms. When the product goes on the market, it shall file a health and safety evaluation report with the provincial health and family planning administrative department, and provide materials according to the specified requirements.
Article 27
Where a production enterprise applies for the approval of the new disinfection products health permit and a domestic responsible unit applies for the approval of the new disinfection products health permit, it shall apply to the National Health and Family Planning Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of the New disinfection products Health Administrative Permit. The National Health and Family Planning Commission shall make a decision on whether or not to approve according to the relevant laws, regulations and provisions. The National Health and Family Planning Commission will issue a health permit to the approved new disinfection products, and the approval number format is: Xiao Wei Xin Zhunzi (Year)No. XXXX. If it is not approved, it shall explain the reasons.
Article 28
The new disinfection products health permit is valid for four years.
