Song Junjie since the founding of Weifang Pet Jun Pet Co., Ltd. has been devoted to the flowering rodent breeding, nutritional research work for four years. In four years, pets relying on universities, production, learning and research cooperation test base, efforts to solve the obstacles to the expansion of the flowering rodent market factors, in the relevant areas of the declaration of 13 patents. Cultivating new varieties of rats, improving the breeding rate of rats and the survival rate of rats, and establishing the breeding model of "cooperative + farmers", which has driven more than a hundred farmers to increase their income. Song Junjie through innovation and entrepreneurship to achieve the value of life at the same time, but also entrepreneurship led to employment, for the revitalization of the countryside to contribute to the wisdom of youth.

During the school year, Song Junjie and his team achieved good results by selling small squirrels. "Due to too many orders can not take care of school, I temporarily stopped my studies to start a business. Later, the squirrel species was included in the wildlife protection list, prohibited the sale of the company to carry out a transformation began to do the current flowering branch mouse project." Song Junjie said.

The transformation of the enterprise will always encounter difficulties. The low reproduction rate of breeding rats and the survival rate of piglets, as well as the dependence on U.S. imports of flowering branch rats with a single coat color are the two most critical problems faced by Song Junjie and his team.

"When we transitioned to the flowering rodent, we copied the breeding and sales model of the squirrel project directly. And also with universities and research institutes joint scientific and technological research, to solve the two problems faced." Song Junjie said.
