During the period of serving in the current post, one of the following cases will be delayed in the required number of years for declaration:

Article 3 Conditions of Education and Qualifications

(C) engaged in production management of engineers and technicians, must have one of the following conditions:

Article IX Supplementary Provisions

(C) engaged in the production management of engineers and technicians, must have one of the following conditions:
