First, turn on the power supply and insert the plug into an electric socket. Secondly, insert the skin temperature sensor into the skin temperature sensor jack of the thermostat, and turn on the control and source switch at the front end of the radiation box. After the temperature controller makes a beep, the temperature display is set to blink to show the given temperature of 34℃.
Press the Add button to set the temperature, adjust the skin temperature required by the child according to clinical needs or doctor's advice, and the instrument will automatically heat up.
Put the child in a light coat, wrap the diaper and put it in the center of the warm bed, which will not affect the child's absorption of heat.
What should I pay attention to when using neonatal radiation table?
humidifying
There is no humidity adjustment system in the open radiation table, and the humidity in the ward should be kept at 55-65% with a wet mop or humidifier. When using the open radiation platform to keep warm, there is no obvious water loss, and the incubator increases by more than 50%. Pay attention to liquid replenishment, put a bowl of distilled water on the radiation table and change it every day; For children who use ventilators, the open radiation platform should be covered with a transparent and breathable plastic film, which can reduce the invisible water loss, convection and heat dissipation of the radiation platform.
2. Skin temperature sensor
The skin control sensor should be close to the child's skin, and the probe will fall off, which will lead to overheating of the radiation table, so it is necessary to observe more and wipe the probe with 75% ethanol every day to maintain sensitivity; Hold the sensor plug correctly to insert and pull it out, so as not to damage the sensor. And pay attention to monitoring the child's temperature, and measure the temperature every four hours. The child's temperature should be kept between 36.5 and 37.3℃.
3. Placement and safety precautions
When children keep warm on the radiator, more heat is lost by convection, so it should be avoided to put the radiator in a ventilated place. When in use, prevent the temperature sensor from falling off to avoid overheating and scalding; Observe body temperature closely to prevent overheating or supercooling; When in use, the radiation table and bed baffle should all be closed, and the casters should be locked to prevent movement. In use, wipe the periphery of the radiation table and the bed rail with a wet towel every day; After use, wipe the metal surface of the temperature sensor probe with 75% ethanol, wipe the bed surface, bed rail and bench with chlorine-containing disinfectant, and then wipe with clean water.
