Training Objects People who meet the conditions stipulated by the state for enjoying subsidies for vocational skills training, are in good health, and are between 16 and 50 years old; the age of trainees participating in the preparatory training can be relaxed to 15 years old, and the age of employees participating in on-the-job training of enterprises in difficulty can be appropriately relaxed. Classification of training and time Vocational training is divided into three categories: skills training (including preparatory training), entrepreneurship training and on-the-job training for enterprise employees. (a) Skills training to implement a combination of short and long, the time to carry out the actual number of training days - 12 months, of which: for the "two after the student" of the preparatory training, the training time for 6 - 12 months. The training time is 6-12 months for the preparatory training for the "two post-graduates". Order and orientation training, training time combined with employers and employment demand reasonably determined. For other skills training, the duration is generally no less than 15 days, and the specific training hours are approved by each region within a reasonable range, based on the prescribed hours required for the occupational categories of the National Occupational Standards. Skills training should not exceed 60 people per class. (ii) Entrepreneurship training is divided into four stages of training: GYB (Generate Your Business Idea), SYB (Start Your Business), IYB (Improve Your Business) and EYB (Expand Your Business), and each class should not have more than 30 trainees. Subsidy standards (a) Skills training subsidy standards 1, the composition of costs Skills training subsidies are divided into four parts: enrollment and publicity organization and supervision fees, books and materials, teaching hours (including consumables) fees, venues and room and board costs. For training trades classified as Class I in the province's vocational skills training trades, the fee for teaching hours (including consumables) is RMB 5 yuan per person per hour; for training trades classified as Class II, the fee for teaching hours (including consumables) is RMB 4 yuan per person per hour; and for training trades classified as Class III, the fee for teaching hours (including consumables) is RMB 3 yuan per person per hour. Long-term training lasting longer than one month is assessed according to the employment rate and vocational qualification certificates (including single vocational qualification certificates). Upon completion of the training and appraisal, the enrollment organization supervision fee, book and material fee, venue and accommodation fee will be allocated according to the number of accepted training days and the number of participants in the appraisal and assessment. According to the number of effective hours of training and the number of people who have obtained vocational qualification certificates (including single vocational qualification certificates) that have passed the acceptance test, 60% of the subsidy for teaching hours will be allocated. (ii) Entrepreneurship training allocation standard. The number of qualified persons for SIYB training will be subsidized, and the subsidy standards are as follows: 1.
