Chapter 1 Project Overview

1.1 Project Introduction

Yingkou Haotong Mining Co., Ltd. 4 million tons coal processing plant project covers an area of 3524.5 square meters. It is a multi-span steel structure building with a span of 53m and an eave height of 22.8m. There is a bridge crane of A5 grade working system, Gn=20/5T,Sn=29.8m(non-standard) in the 1~9 axes, and there is an electric single girder crane (ground operated) of A5 grade working system, Gn=10T,Sn=24.0m(non-standard) in the 1/E axes~A axes, and it adopts the foundation of concrete bored piles, color steel plate roofing. Color steel plate roofing. The main structure of the substation and crane beams are made of Q345B steel, and other main structures are made of Q235B steel. 2.1 Prefabrication of steel structure and preassembling of connecting components:

2.2 Lifting site arrangement principles:

2.3 Ground and foundation treatment

A The driving and working area of the crane in the lifting area should be leveled and compacted firstly, and special attention should be paid to the layering and compacting of the backfilled soil, so as to make the foundation bearing capacity of the soil reach 15,000kg/m2.

B The ground treatment should be paid attention to the smooth connection of the road in order to ensure the passage of the vehicles.

2.4 Components into the field

Chapter III steel lifting

3.1 Selection of crane

This project plans to use QY25E-25T truck-mounted cranes to undertake the loading and unloading of the main steel beams, floor girders, steel roofing and all other steel components and installation. Prepare the required spreader, sling, wire rope, welding machine and labor protection supplies and a variety of measuring instruments.

3.1.2 Lifting sequence

This project has a large volume of steel structure lifting works and more components. In order to ensure high quality, safety and efficient completion of the lifting task, the whole workshop is divided into four lifting units according to the span, and the flow chart is as follows:

From the point of view of this lifting task: the lifting of steel columns, steel girders and crane girders is the main skeleton. But no matter it is lifting inside the workshop and lifting outside the workshop should follow the following lifting sequence principles:

First set up standard columns, then beams, and then roof frame (forming a flow of work)

First on the ground to connect, and then the whole in place;

First steel columns, and then beams, and then the roof frame;

First transverse structure, and then the plane components.

3.1.3 Construction Methods

1. Steel columns and beams lifting

a. Steel beams and columns are installed with advanced measuring instruments to ensure that the installation of steel beams and columns is in accordance with the specification requirements.

b. The steel beam at the center of the frame is lifted first, and then installed from the center to both ends.

c. Emphasize the symmetry of steel beam installation.

d. Emphasize the tracking observation of steel beam displacement and elevation during steel beam installation.

e, in order to ensure the accuracy of the steel frame on-site installation with the design, production, together with a variety of components to discuss the connection of node parts and do stress-strain test, so that operators can control the deformation, found that the problem is solved in a timely manner.

2. Steel roof frame on-site assembly, using vertical splicing.

④ In order to make the connected plate stack close, should be from the central bolt group order to the outside of the screwing, that is, from the node in the center of the stiffening of the large in order to the next constrained edge of the screwing. 2, enclosure materials lifting installation

(1) materials into the field to set up the designated location, shall be divided into batches, classified separately, can not be used immediately should be neatly stacked and covered with canvas or tape.

(2) Ground stacking materials, in order to maintain dry must be laid sleepers (sleeper height of 6 centimeters or more), the material shall not touch the ground, sleeper spacing shall not be greater than 3 meters.

(3) Before the material is lifted to the roof frame, it should be tightened with steel straps.

(4) Before placing the steel plate on the roof frame, the steel plate should be set up to prevent the steel plate from sliding down.

(5) When the material is lifted to the roof frame, the vertical straps on the boom to hold the color steel plate shall not be more than 6 meters apart, and the two ends shall be added with diagonal straps to prevent slipping. (Each bundle shall not weigh more than 2 tons).

(6) Maintain a smooth and slow lifting, crane operation range, non-lifting personnel shall not approach.

(7) In the process of lifting, if the vertical belt of color steel plate is loose, it should be put down and re-adjusted before lifting.

(8) The color steel plate descends slowly, to be controlled by the crane personnel to locate (eave baffle), and then put down in order.

(9) After the material is hoisted to the roof frame, all skin ribs shall face upward, and the boards shall face the same direction (for easy installation, except for the yin rib buckling), and shall be fixed on the steel main frame with nylon rope (not to be placed in the center of the diffractive strips).

3, purlin installation:

Leveling: test and leveling of purlin support before installation, review the flatness of purlin one by one, and control the height difference between installed purlins within ±5mm.

Line: purlin support point should be fixed according to the design requirements of the support point position, the support point should be delineated by a line, after purlin installation and positioning, according to the purlin layout plan acceptance.

Fixing: Welding or bolting according to the design requirements, adjust the position again before fixing, deviation ≤±5mm.

Acceptance: After purlin installation, the person responsible for the project technology will notify the quality officer or supervisory engineer for acceptance, confirming that it is qualified and transferring to the next process.

4, color steel plate laying and fixing

The order of color steel plate laying, in principle, is from the top to the bottom, from the direction of perennial wind tail.

(1) Roof

a. Start from the side of the wall, lay from left to right (or right to left) in order.

c. Ridge cover plate and gable flooding (including gutter), shall be paved with mountain-type foam PE sealing strip.

(3) Construction principles and self-tapping screws construction method is the same, only the board fixed way to change (to fixed seat), the fixed method:

(4) Cleanup and waste disposal

c. The residual waste material of cutting in construction should be packed and centralized every day.

d. Before the completion of all the residual waste should be cleaned up and transported.

e. After completion, the surface of color steel plate should be checked, and the polluted part should be cleaned.

(5) Precautions

1, production safety management

9. Specific safety measures:
