Basic conditions
Tertiary hospitals: (the number of beds in 501 or more) are hospitals above the regional level that provide high-level specialized medical and health services to several regions and perform higher education and scientific research tasks. Grade A: obtaining more than 900 points for Grade A according to the grading scale.
The specific conditions are as follows:
1. The hospital should have formal wards and a certain number of bed facilities. The hospital should have a formal ward and a certain number of beds, and should mainly provide inpatient treatment and generally have a corresponding outpatient department;
2. It should have basic medical equipment, and set up medical and technical departments such as pharmacy, testing, radiology, surgery, and sterilization and supply;

4. It should have corresponding and systematic staffing;
5. It should have the capability to provide inpatient treatment, nursing care and basic life service;
5. It should be able to provide inpatient treatment, nursing care and basic life service.

Equipment requirements p>
I. Beds: the total number of inpatient beds is more than 500.
Two, departmental settings:
(a) clinical departments: at least the emergency department, internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, traditional Chinese medicine, otorhinolaryngology, stomatology, ophthalmology, dermatology, anesthesiology, rehabilitation, and preventive health care;
(b) medical and technical departments: at least the Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Operating Room, Pathology, Transfusion, Nuclear Medicine, Physiotherapy, and other medical and technical departments (such as the Department of Physical Medicine), and the Department of Physical Therapy. Medicine, physical therapy (can be combined with rehabilitation), sterilization supply room, case room, nutrition department and the corresponding clinical function examination room.
Third, personnel:
(a) at least 1.03 health technicians per bed;
(b) at least 0.4 nurses per bed;
(c) the director of each specialized department should have the title of deputy chief physician or above;
(d) no fewer than two clinical dietitians;
(e) engineering Technicians (technicians, assistant engineers and above) account for no less than 1% of the total number of health technicians.
Four, housing:
(a) each bed floor area of not less than 60 square meters;
(b) wards per bed net usable area of not less than 6 square meters;
(c) daily average per outpatient visits accounted for the outpatient clinic floor area of not less than 4 square meters.
