The clubhouse adopts the architectural style of German countryside villas, and has five townhouses with different decoration and one detached villa, which are separately equipped with parlor, dining room, karaoke, ping-pong room, billiard room, audio-visual room, bar, electronic amusement room, book and video room, chess and poker room, balcony, gymnasium, wine cellar, etc., and also equipped with grand ballroom, multi-functional conference hall and outdoor recreation place. The main building of the clubhouse is designed by Dr. Tian Jian, the chief designer of Oriental Home, the interior decoration is designed and supervised by Tsinghua Gongmei, the top decoration design enterprise in China, and the courtyard is designed and constructed by the design institute of Fengtai Garden Bureau. The clubhouse emphasizes on environmental protection, building its own sewage treatment system and using environmentally friendly boilers and underfloor heating. The club covers an area of 3900 square meters, with a building area of 3200 square meters, and has 36 exquisite and comfortable luxury bedrooms (sets).
The clubhouse is surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery, in spring, the group of flowers shoot stamens and compete with each other; in summer, the mountains are verdant, birds and flowers; in fall, the fruits are abundant, the red leaves are full of mountains; in winter, the snow-covered mountains are covered with silver. The clubhouse has a double-sided view of the Great Wall, and the famous ancient Great Walls that can be seen on foot in the vicinity are: the West Building, the Great Hazel Valley Pass, the Yunling Great Wall, the Wangquanyu Great Wall, the Nine Eyes Building, the Beijing Junction, the Drooping Edge, and the Lianyunling Great Wall, etc. The Great Wall is the only one of its kind in China. According to literature, this section of the Great Wall was built on the site of the Northern Qi Great Wall under the supervision of Xu Da, a general under Zhu Yuanzhang at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty.
