With rich experience in EMC testing, the center is fully capable of undertaking EMC testing of the whole aircraft and mission systems. Chengfei Technology Center is a provincial-level enterprise technology center in Sichuan province, which was formerly known as Chengfei Design Section and Design Institute, and was renamed as Engineering Development Center Division in 1993 when the factories and institutes were merged, and then the Chengfei Product Development Department was established, and the enterprise technology center was set up in December 2000, which is the first enterprise technology center in Sichuan province.

The Chengfei Enterprise Technology Center has gone through 43 years of history, and has successively developed thousands of aircrafts of more than ten models for the national defense industry, and has gradually developed from mapping and test production into an aircraft design department capable of pre-researching, designing, and testing new type of fighter aircrafts on its own. It has become the technical core of the enterprise integrating scientific research, design and test capability. It has improved, modified and designed the following products:

J7E Aircraft: Compared with the original J7 series aircraft, this type of aircraft is characterized by the adoption of double delta wings with front maneuvering flaps, the replacement of turbojet engines with extended life and increased thrust, the use of advanced avionics such as flat screen displays, the increase in electronic countermeasures, the increase in the firepower of airborne weapons and the expansion of the aircraft's external The firepower of airborne weapons has been enhanced and the hang-up capability of the aircraft has been expanded; the reliability, maintainability and logistic system of the aircraft have been improved. In this way, while maintaining the advantages of the original J7 aircraft such as light weight, small size, flexibility and maneuverability, the adaptability of the aircraft in the modern war environment has been greatly improved.

J7FS aircraft: It is a newly developed light fighter aircraft of Chengdu Aircraft Industry (Group) Co. It adopts jaw type air intakes, triangular wings, full-motion horizontal tail and vertical tail with large swept-back angle. The cockpit windshield is an integral circular windshield.

F-7MG Aircraft: The F-7MG aircraft is a single-seat, single-engine, all-weather lightweight fighter, which was first displayed as the main airshow aircraft at the first China International Aviation and Aerospace Expo and Zhuhai Airshow in November 1996, where it performed spectacular aerobatic maneuvers, attracting the attention of many customers from developing countries. The aircraft adopts double delta wings and leading and trailing edge maneuvering flaps, as well as the WP-13F engine with high thrust and long service life, the aircraft's maneuverability and take-off/landing performance has been significantly improved compared with the past F-7 series aircraft. With advanced airborne avionics equipment, the airplane can adapt to the modern electronic warfare environment. Adopting the SSR radar with downward looking downrange and scanning functions developed by the British GEC company, it improves the air combat capability. With 5 external mounting points, 100 external weapon programs can be matched. It also improves ground attack capability. The cockpit has been optimized in terms of cockpit layout with modern red lighting. The fuel system has been improved to provide the basis for aerial refueling, and the aircraft's endurance has been increased. It has excellent quality in terms of use maintainability and reliability.

F-7M aircraft: light fighter. It was awarded the first gold medal for large and complex weaponry by the state.

F-7P Aircraft: An export aircraft produced by Chengdu Aircraft Industry (Group) Co.

FC-1 aircraft: CAC through international cooperation is developing all-weather light fighter. The development of the more advanced aerodynamic layout of the side strip wing, with a high lift-to-drag ratio and lift characteristics, good maneuverability at low and medium altitudes, long range, strong external hang-up capability, a strong ground and sea combat capability, to fully meet the user's proposed tactical technical specifications, and has a certain potential for development.

In terms of civil products, Chengfei Technology Center has undertaken the national key scientific research project of China Academy of Engineering Physics, Sino-US Shenguang III. The core part of the laser amplifier is a competitive bidding project, with our scientific research strength and the strong development capabilities of the Group, our center won the bid, and successfully completed the design and manufacture of the pilot batch.

Hefei Plasma Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) undertook the HT-7U tokamak fusion test device, which is a national key project. After competitive bidding, our center undertook the structural engineering analysis of the whole device, including the calculation and analysis of structural static strength, dynamic strength, fatigue strength, temperature field, heat transfer and so on.

The vibration test of the airborne radar of Sichuan Changhong Factory was unsuccessful for many times due to the vibration fixture. After we took over the project, we made full use of our strength calculation and design means and rich engineering experience to design, manufacture and test successfully at one time.

Successively for the Tuopai winery and Qionglai a winery to do plant layout effect design. For the city of Leshan city standard, Chongqing Chaotianmen dock logo building for industrial design.

Developed battery tour bus for Jiuzhaigou. Successfully developed automatic ironing and folding machine for Chengfei Electromechanical Products Corporation. Chengfei (Group) Company test station is engaged in the test flight of fighter aircraft, new aircraft development test flights, various types of airborne equipment testing and performance test flights, aircraft painting and subcontracting production and shipment of the work of scientific research, production and management in one of the integrated departments. There are more than 260 scientific researchers and technicians in the station, including more than 40 professors, associate professors and senior engineers, more than 80 intermediate professional and technical positions, and more than 120 people with bachelor's degree or above (10 master's degree holders), so the technical force is strong. Since the establishment of the station, it has successfully realized the first flight, adjustment test flight, finalization test flight, developmental test flight, and performance test flight of airborne equipment of more than ten models of F-5A, FT-5, and F-7 series of airplanes, and delivered more than 2,000 military planes to users.
