Blood transfusion department should have independent business rooms, workplace environment, area and layout should be able to meet the appropriate tasks and functional needs, in line with the technical procedures, in line with the flow of people, logistics, health standards. 2. Blood transfusion department (blood bank) with annual blood supply >4 million ml, the area of the room is generally not less than 200 m2; annual blood supply of 2-4 million ml of blood bank, the area of the room is generally not less than 150 m2. The operational rooms include: blood dispensing room, blood dispensing room, blood storage room, treatment room, blood type laboratory, transfusion laboratory, computer room, washing room, storage room, office room, duty room and other rooms. Platelet shaker, special plasma thawing box, fax machine, 1 each. 6. 1 water bath incubator; 1 high-frequency thermal laminator, 1 sealing machine; 1 biological purification bench. (D) test items The test items include: routine examination of ABO and Rh (D) blood groups of hospitalized patients; pre-transfusion ABO positive and negative stereotyping and primary and secondary cross-matching between donors and recipients; additional antibody screening for patients with history of blood transfusion or transfusion of pregnancy; PT, KPTT fibrinogen, F Ⅷ and other coagulation mechanisms (factors) of the test items.
