What are the five dimensions of the doctor-patient relationship questionnaire?

Based on the literature review, this study took Hospital M as the research object and used self-designed questionnaires to measure the perceived satisfaction of outpatients, inpatients, doctors and nurses respectively. Analysis of the results revealed that in the service quality dimension outpatients and doctors, nurses and inpatients and nurses there was a significant difference (p0.05) and outpatients and inpatients satisfaction was lower than the satisfaction perceived by doctors and nurses. In the communication explanation dimension there was a significant difference (p0.05) between outpatients, inpatients and doctors and nurses, and the satisfaction of outpatients and inpatients was lower than the satisfaction perceived by doctors and nurses. There was a significant difference (p0.05) between outpatients and physicians and inpatients and physicians and nurses in the diagnostic and treatment technology dimension, and outpatient and inpatient satisfaction was lower than that perceived by physicians and nurses.
