Article 6
Organizations engaged in animal diagnostic and treatment activities shall have the following conditions:
(a) there is a fixed animal diagnostic and treatment places, and animal diagnostic and treatment places to use the area in line with the provisions of the competent departments of agriculture and rural areas of the people's governments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government;
(b) animal clinic site from animal breeding farms, animal slaughtering and processing sites, business animal market is not less than two hundred meters;
(c) animal clinic with independent entrances and exits, entrances and exits shall not be located in residential buildings or yards, shall not be with other users of the same building **** with the passageway;
(d) has a reasonable layout of the Diagnostic and treatment rooms, isolation rooms, pharmacies and other functional areas;
(e) with diagnostic, disinfection, refrigeration, routine laboratory tests, sewage treatment and other instruments and equipment;
(f) with diagnostic and treatment waste temporary storage and treatment facilities, and entrusted to professional treatment organizations;
(g) with infected or suspected of infected animals isolation and control measures and facilities and equipment;
(h) with animal diagnostic and treatment activities;
() (H) with animal diagnostic and treatment activities appropriate to the practicing veterinarian;
(I) has a perfect diagnostic and treatment services, outbreak reporting, health and safety protection, disinfection, isolation, diagnostic and treatment waste storage, veterinary instruments, veterinary prescriptions, medications and harmless disposal and other management systems.
