2. What is a medical certificate?

Outpatient doctors should write diagnosis and sick leave notes in strict accordance with the condition and record them in medical records. It is forbidden to leave personal notes. Medical expenses mainly include registration fees, hospitalization fees, treatment fees, operation fees, examination fees, equipment fees, etc. Evidence that can prove the above expenses includes medical expense receipt (expense voucher), expense list, prescription, doctor's advice, diagnosis certificate, transfer certificate, etc. The receipt (fee voucher) here should be a legal voucher that conforms to the relevant provisions of the state, such as the official receipt issued by the hospital.
When determining the medical expenses, the items collected by receipt should be consistent with the doctor's prescription and the diagnosis of the injured, so as to prevent "hitchhiking" to treat other diseases when treating traffic accident injuries. Legal basis:
Article 55 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) emphasizes evidence, investigation and research, and does not believe confession.
