1. Switching the oil cooler during operation should be carried out under the supervision of the unit manager with the consent of the chief of the unit and after consulting the professional leaders
2. Record the oil pressure and temperature of the inlet and outlet of the oil cooler as well as the lubricant pressure and temperature of the headstock before the switching process
3. Confirm that the oil filler is open and that there is a continuous flow of oil through the oil return window of the standby oil cooler, and put in the cooling water of the standby oil cooler. Put in the standby oil cooler cooling water
4. Counterclockwise rotation of the pressure handwheel 2-3 turns, release the pressure handwheel
5. Slowly move the switching handle to point to the standby oil cooler position. Note that when the handle points to the middle position (i.e., the two oil cooler parallel operation position), check the oil pressure should not drop. If there is anomaly, stop the operation, restore the original state, analyze the reasons for processing.
6. When the handle has pointed to the original standby oil cooler, check the oil pressure is not abnormal, clockwise rotation of the handwheel.
7. Cut off the deactivated oil cooler cooling water.
8. When one oil cooler operation can not maintain the oil temperature, should be in accordance with the above steps 1-5 switching handle to the middle position, into the two oil coolers running in parallel.
