Excluded in particular are: professional services for the direct direction of business actions (Class XXXV); services relating to the handling of financial or monetary affairs and services in connection with insurance (Class XXXVI); escorting of travelers (Class XXXIX); safe transportation (Class XXXIX); all kinds of personal educational services (Class XLI); performances by singers and dancers (Class XLI); legal services ( Class XLII); medical, hygienic or cosmetic services provided by others for human beings and animals (Class XLIV); certain rental services (refer to the Classification List and to the section of the Preamble (b) relating to the classification of services).
