The hospital covers an area of 69,524 square meters, building area of 89,800 square meters, the total value of fixed assets of 500 million yuan, 128 million yuan of medical equipment, is now open 1,500 beds, set up 86 departments.
In 2009, there were more than 290,000 outpatient consultations and 31,700 inpatient admissions.
In 2007, the hospital was upgraded to a Grade 3B hospital, and has been commended and rewarded by the Ministry of Health, Gansu Provincial Party Committee and Government and the Provincial Department of Health, and has won the first prize of the municipal medical and health care unit's target management assessment for five consecutive years.
In 2010, it was established as the pilot unit of public hospital reform in the province.
