Three Types of Talents
Those who meet one of the following conditions:

Criteria for Category E Talents of the Implementation Measures for the Recognition of High-level Talents in Nanning City:
(1) Full-time doctoral degree holders working in the city's establishments in the fields of healthcare, education, economy, urban construction, planning, environmental protection, land, transportation, landscape, justice, foreign affairs, culture, art, scientific research, and agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, as well as full-time master's degree holders who have obtained intermediate titles for more than three years. Full-time master's degree students.
(2) Professionals and technicians working in the city's medical and health care and education institutions who have obtained deputy senior titles.
(C) in the past five years, Guangxi Medical High-level Talent Training Program in young disciplinary backbone talent candidates.
(d) Nanning City, excellent young professional and technical talent candidates in the management period.
(v) skilled personnel working in various institutions in the city and enterprises registered in Yong, and obtaining the professional qualification of senior technician or above.
(F) included in the city's industrial development of the urgent need for shortage of talent enterprise directory, in line with the following conditions of talent:
1. Obtained the title of deputy high or municipal and above the second prize for scientific and technological progress (including) or more and ranked in the top three professional and technical personnel.
2. Full-time doctoral students or full-time master's students who have obtained intermediate titles for more than 3 years.
3. Senior management personnel who are currently holding (or equivalent to) the position of deputy general manager or above in the enterprise.
