Workbench first, the temperature controller controls the molding temperature, which is generally preset at 90C? And 100C? The second thermostat is used for heat sealing, and the preset temperature is 120C? - 140C? The preset temperature of the temperature controller for up and down, molding and heat sealing depends on the specific situation.
2. Put the briquette on the guide roller, and turn on the main machine after the temperature of the forming heating plate is in place. Firstly, plastic PVC is formed, and the formed bubble hole is consistent with the hole position of the heat sealing die. Note that the heat sealing die holder and the handle are put down together to heat seal the aluminum foil, which will drive the punching. Observe whether the plastic (PVC molded on the surface of the machine) moves left and right. If there is any deviation, adjust the lifting roller seat to adjust the lifting direction.
3. If the aluminum foil moves left and right, adjust the handwheel of the adjustable joint roller seat. If the front and rear deviation adjusting box moves.
4. After the hot sealing blanking is normal, properly open the gate of the feeder, so that a proper amount of drugs (tablets, capsules, sugar coating) can enter the feeding room. If there is a small amount of missing particles, the first thing to pay attention to when filling particles is: the roller presses the roller to roll the hand and hangs the aluminum foil. In addition, if there are particles missing when the forming blisters reach the edge of the drum, do not forcibly fill the hole position, which will seriously affect the synchronization of drug feeding, especially when aluminum foil is sealed.
5. Due to the increase of drug weight, the gradual change procedures of aluminum foil tension and machine temperature are different, which may lead to unsynchronized molding and heat sealing, leading or lagging. Check whether there is a gap between plastic PVC and aluminum foil first, and then adjust it with the fine-tuning mechanism on the machine. The fine adjustment mechanism moves back and forth in the mold because it adjusts the distance or the box body adjusts back and forth. Therefore, it should be placed in the neutral position before starting the machine, so that it can be moved back and forth or adjusted by moving the front box. After moving it correctly, it takes more than a dozen versions to correct the section. Don't adjust it without finishing writing it.
6. The heat sealing quality of plastic aluminum foil (uniform and firm adhesion) is proved by temperature or pressure and the flatness of corrugated board. If there is a bad heat seal, the general temperature should be appropriate, the pressure should be slightly lower, the temperature should be adjusted, and the pressure of the screw book should be adjusted to the maximum.
7. Punching offset, cutting with offset layout, stopping and moving the manual box, the mold can be adjusted and shifted.
8. In the daily operation knowledge, we must understand the structural principle of the machine in order to operate. The roller of the ejector pin seat is driven by the cam, and the position of the upper cover template is fixed, which leads to poor foaming state. Pay attention to lowering the molding die or heat sealing to the top dead center, and tighten the column nut. If you don't pay attention, it is easy to break down, the needle roller of the thimble seat is locked, and the troubleshooting methods.
Pay attention to the use of aluminum-plastic packaging machine
1, don't install it, there are rubber wheels under the machine seat, which can be moved.
2, full-time personnel training operation and maintenance.
3. Connect the grounding wire according to the position specified by the grounding mark.
4, the machine should be kept clean and tidy.
5. Before production, all parts of the machine must be oiled (refer to the operating regulations).
6. When the machine leaves the factory, the lubricating oil of the gearbox belt must be oiled before production.
7. It is suggested that this machine had better use an oil-free air compressor.
8, molding, heat sealing, indentation and other parts of the pressure should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the service life. There should be a floating space of about one millimeter for the pad for forming the indentation to rotate.
