This is a laundry factory that specializes in cleaning and sterilizing hospital gowns, and in order to meet the changing needs of dozens of hospitals, they wash roughly 20,000 sets of gowns and bed sheets every day on average.
First, workers first scan and categorize the clothes pulled back from the hospitals so that all the clothes can be accurately categorized and dispatched after washing. Next, the categorized clothes will first fall into the front storage opening with this conveyor belt, and the torn plastic bags will not be thrown away, they will be unified by the suction machine to collect and do aseptic treatment. When the lower bag is filled with 75 kilograms of clothing, the machine will stop to continue loading, and the bag will be along the stainless steel track to the first part of the washing clothes. Here, the turbo-type stainless steel conveyor tank will automatically jet high-pressure water flow, rushing the clothes into the 90-degree high-temperature washing equipment, conditioning washing for 30 minutes, until the various stains attached to the clothes are thoroughly treated, then it will automatically enter the next dehydration assembly line.
Second, followed by several tons of pressure under the hydraulic press, all the clothes will be pressed into the shape of a cake in a few seconds. Next, the de-watered clothes must be sterilized in this 120-degree high-temperature dryer for half an hour until the sensors inside the machine confirm that the clothes are dry, and then they will pass through the conveyor belt into the final sorting process. This continuous turning roller will first break up all the knots in the laundry, and then follow the conveyor belt to the front of the manual wind sorting table.
Third, the next wind sorter will according to the different purposes of the clothing one by one classification, small towels or clothes will be directly through the suction machine by the side of the vacuum device for uniform packing, can wait for the distribution. And large pieces of covers or sheets need to be completed in this group of automated folding machine, which not only greatly improves the efficiency of clothing storage, but also to avoid the formation of unnecessary pollution in the cumbersome packing process. The next packaged completed medical only need to be in accordance with the previously registered records for delivery after the front-line medical workers and patients to provide a clean change of clothes.
