Long "acne" destroys the face value? This is the correct way to eat.

Acne is a chronic inflammation of hair follicles and sebaceous glands. It is mainly related to excessive sebum secretion, hyperkeratosis of hair follicles, Corynebacterium acne infection and endocrine dysfunction of gonads. More common in young people, prone to face, chest and back, forming papules, pustules, nodules and blackheads. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "acne" and "facial blister".

Although acne is a skin disease, it is closely related to our daily diet. People who don't have acne will not grow up if their diet is chaotic; But people who are prone to acne, if they don't strictly control their diet, will only make the already serious condition worse! Therefore, for patients with acne muscles, a healthy and regular diet is the most important.

How do acne patients eat?

1. Light vegetarian, less spicy and exciting.

Eat more foods rich in dietary fiber, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, keep stool unobstructed, and prevent metabolic waste from staying; At the same time, we should try to eat less foods and drinks that can stimulate androgen secretion and sebaceous gland secretion, such as raw onions, garlic, peppers, spirits, strong tea and coffee.

2. Low in fat and sugar, eat less fishy hair.

High-fat, high-sugar foods will not only lead to increased secretion of sebaceous glands, but also transform into fat in the body, aggravating acne. However, fishy hair such as shrimp, crab, mutton and goose can easily cause the recurrence of inflammatory diseases.

3. Moisturize and remove heat to ensure sufficient water.

Acne patients are mostly hot, so it is advisable to choose foods with the functions of cooling, clearing away heat, promoting fluid production and moistening dryness, such as bitter gourd, cucumber, wax gourd, celery, tomato, lotus root, soybean and pear. Adequate water has both moisturizing and excreting effects, which is beneficial to the treatment of acne.

4. Appropriate vitamin supplementation and food structure adjustment.

In the deployment of diet structure, acne patients should pay attention to supplement appropriate vitamins and trace elements. Among them, vitamin A can regulate the metabolism of epithelial cells, inhibit the proliferation of epithelial cells and hyperkeratosis of hair follicles, regulate the function of skin sweat glands, and reduce the invasion of acidic metabolites on epidermis, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of acne patients. Foods rich in vitamin A include Flammulina velutipes, carrots, leeks, spinach and beans.

In addition, zinc can also inhibit sebum secretion by sebaceous glands and reduce cell shedding and keratinization. You can eat lean meat, peanuts, chestnuts, sesame seeds, peach kernels, corn and other foods appropriately.
