Requirements for Confirmation and Stamping of Electronic Contracts in Fujian Provincial Government Procurement Network

Create, use and verify electronic signatures.

1. Create electronic signature: users complete registration on the platform, pass enterprise identity authentication, and obtain exclusive electronic signature and electronic seal.

2. Using electronic signature: enterprise users enter the signing page, fill in the signing information, add a special electronic signature/seal to the electronic contract, and complete the intention authentication and confirmation through face authentication and other means to complete their own electronic contract signing.

3. Verify the electronic signature: When verifying the validity of the electronic signature, the user only needs to check the digital certificate of the electronic signature to identify whether the content has been tampered with, the identity of the signer, the signing time and other information, so as to ensure that the identity of the electronic contract signed with the electronic signature can be identified and the content cannot be tampered with.
