Safeguard measures (1) Motor vehicles that violate the provisions of this notice and drive within the restricted range will be punished according to law by the traffic management department of the public security organ through video surveillance and police road inspection.
(2) During the restricted period, officials and employees of party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, people's organizations and the general public are encouraged to choose green travel, and are encouraged to take public transportation and choose bicycle travel.
(3) During the traffic restriction period, the public transportation department should extend the last bus service to 19:30 p.m., increase bus frequency, optimize operating routes, and increase operating density to meet citizens' travel needs.
