"For personnel engaged in the prevention of infectious diseases, medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, on-site handling of outbreaks, as well as other personnel who come into contact with the pathogens of infectious diseases in the course of their production and work, the relevant units shall, in accordance with the state's regulations, take effective sanitary protection measures and health care measures, and give them appropriate allowances."
For direct contact with cases to be investigated or confirmed cases, diagnosis, treatment, care, hospital infection control, case specimen collection and pathogen detection and other work-related personnel, according to the 300 yuan per person per day to be subsidized; for other medical personnel and epidemic prevention and control workers to participate in the epidemic prevention and control, according to the 200 yuan per person per day to be subsidized. If the cumulative working time of the day exceeds 4 hours, it will be counted as one day; if it is less than 4 hours, it will be counted as half a day.
For personnel engaged in front-line prevention and control work during the epidemic, the state issued a relevant law clearly stipulates the standard of subsidies, the relevant situation should be based on the actual work situation to deal with, the employer should ensure that the relevant personnel treatment standards, and on time to issue the relevant subsidies and wages.
