Article 8 Any sign capable of distinguishing the goods of a natural person, a legal person or other organization from those of others, including words, graphics, letters, numerals, three-dimensional symbols, color combinations, and sounds, as well as combinations of the foregoing elements, may be applied for registration as a trademark.
Article 9 A trademark applied for registration shall have distinctive features, be easily recognizable, and shall not conflict with the legal rights acquired by others in advance. The trademark registrant shall have the right to indicate "registered trademark" or registered mark.
