This is a dual-execution patch in English and Chinese, unzip it after downloading, go to your installation directory area, and then cover the original file. If you want to play the Chinese version, you can click NBA06_tw, and if you want to play the original version, you can click NBAlive06 (the default icon) and then it's OK
