Part I: Project Overview
This project is the outpatient building project of Dongping County People's Hospital, a frame structure with a floor area of 18,000 square meters, one floor underground and six floors above ground. Among them, the first underground floor is a garage, the first to fourth floors are outpatient clinics, and the fifth and sixth floors are office buildings. Electrical installation is divided into the following systems:
(a) Low-voltage distribution system:
1, the project in the building on the first floor of a 10KV substation, using two 10KV line power supply
Electricity, respectively, from different upper substation. When a power supply maintenance or failure, the other power supply for all primary and secondary loads of electricity. The substation room is designed separately.
2, the project power for 380/220 three-phase four-wire (plus PE) line, from the substation room to lead out.
3. Lighting trunking adopts trunking distribution system. Switching from the lighting and backup trunk to the distribution box on each floor, the backup power supply is used for the equipment other than air-conditioning.
4, radiology equipment (CT room, intervention room, nuclear magnetic **** vibration, X-ray room) powered by a dedicated transformer, using a radial distribution system.
5. Fire shutter, fire pump, smoke exhaust fan, fire fighting equipment in the duty room adopts dual power supply local switching radial distribution system.
6, the lighting trunk line adopts copper core cross-linked cable to lead to the electrical pipe well and distribution box along the bridge in the ceiling. The power supply of fire-fighting equipment adopts fire-resistant cable to be laid openly to the distribution box.
(2), lighting system:
1, the project lighting system includes normal lighting, emergency lighting, night lighting.
2, normal lighting design illumination standards: observation room 100lx, waiting room, lounge: 200lx; consultation room, treatment room, duty room, conference room, office 300lx; laboratory, pharmacy, CT room, MR room 500lx; operating room, rescue room 750lx; corridor lighting 50lx.
3, wards, observation rooms, etc., using three-color energy-saving lamps. base color energy-saving lamps, corridor energy-saving fluorescent lamps.
4, the foyer and the passageway with emergency evacuation lighting system for night guard lighting. Emergency evacuation sign lights for AC and DC type.
5, the project adopts a centralized power supply type emergency lighting system, each layer of DC centralized emergency power supply, DC centralized emergency power supply for evacuation lighting power when the utility power failure. Fire should have a mandatory open function.
6, all fluorescent lamps take electronic ballast.
7, corridor lighting socket branch line using plastic copper wire along the bridge laying mode, to the room through the steel pipe concealed. Emergency lighting lines using fire-resistant wire through the steel pipe laying method.
(C), lightning protection devices:
1, the project according to the second type of lightning protection building design.

(D), grounding system:
1, safety protection grounding method using TN-S system.
2, electrocardiogram room, operating room and other local equipotential connection system.

I. JDG pipe cast-in-place roof construction

Two, ceiling JDG pipe construction
1, general requirements
Pipe laying in the ceiling according to the design requirements of the correct choice of pipe.
(1), can be fixed closed ceiling according to dark piping. These parts in addition to the junction box of the lamp itself,

1, operating conditions
According to the current national standards, "building electrical engineering construction quality acceptance provisions" (GB50303-2002) of the provisions of the: pipe threading in the building plastering, painting and ground works to be carried out after the end of the threading wire should be protected before the wire pipe water and debris cleaned up. 2, material requirements
(1), insulated wire: wire specifications, models must meet the design requirements, and should have factory certificates, "CCC" certification mark and a copy of the certificate and production license. Wire into the field to test its specifications, type, appearance and quality of the wire on the logo, and calipers to check whether the diameter of the wire is in line with national standards
(2), mouthpiece: according to the size of the diameter of the tube to choose the appropriate specifications of the mouthpiece.
(3), terminals (wiring nose): according to the number of wires and the total cross-section of the corresponding specifications of the choice of terminals.
(4), auxiliary materials: solder, flux, insulating tape, talcum powder, cloth and so on.
(5) check the wire ` cable specifications are in line with the design requirements, check the cross-section size, insulation layer is in line with current national standards.
(6) The appearance of the cable should be free of distortion and damage.
(7) 1kV cable lines, should use 1000V insulation resistance meter to measure the insulation resistance between the lines and to the ground, and the resistance value shall not be less than 1MΩ.
(8) After the completion of the inspection. The results will be faithfully archived, the collection of factory certificates and factory inspection reports and other quality documents are organized and archived.
