Dampening grease (lotime) is refined through a special process using special polymer base oil and high-purity thickener with anti-rust, waterproof, corrosion-resistant and other additives. It is a widely used grease. High-resistance grease is mainly designed for blocking, buffering, and waterproof sealing of slow switching mechanisms with large resistance requirements, making moving parts operate more smoothly, smoothly, and accurately.
Dampening grease (lotime) is also called high-viscosity grease, shock-absorbing grease, and anti-shock grease. It is a lubrication refined from high-purity inorganic thickeners and synthetic oils, plus various additives. Grease, non-toxic, meets environmental protection regulations. Sealed against intrusion. Used to join parts, allowing larger gaps and tolerances, and has a buffering effect to allow smooth and accurate movement of parts.
Characteristics of damping grease
Damping grease has excellent resistance stability and cushioning properties, allowing components to move smoothly, smoothly and accurately.
Good low temperature resistance, excellent waterproof sealing and long service life.
The oil molecules are evenly distributed, have strong adhesion, and have average damping and buffering force.
Used to join components, allowing larger gaps and tolerances.
Compatible with most plastics and non-corrosive to metals.
Water-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, dust-proof, and can be used in various environments.
A variety of viscosities are available, suitable for components or structures with different torque requirements.
Comply with EU environmental ROHS & WEEE directives.
Complies with American and European toy safety specifications: ASTM-F963-96a & EN71.
Uses of damping grease
(1) Used for damping and lubrication of knobs of telescopes, microscopes, cameras, measuring instruments and optical instruments.
(2) Used for damping and lubrication of recorder and VCD turntable buffer tooth switch devices, household appliances, air conditioner adjustment knobs, audio equipment knobs, etc.
(3) Used for lubrication, damping and noise reduction of various toys and mechanical gears.
(4) Used for door and window buffering. Potentiometer, tuner, capacitor spindle trimming.
(5) Used for damping and lubrication of buffer hinges and hinges made of various materials, shock absorption of various springs, and parts that require shock absorption
(6) Used For other parts that require damping, lubrication, and shock absorption
How to use
Before greasing, make sure the surface of the lubricated parts is clean and dry, and ensure the cleanliness of the greasing process.
It is prohibited to mix greases of different brands.
Pay attention to the grease replacement cycle and the management of the use process, and the adding amount should be appropriate.
Guidelines provided by the safety data (MSDS) must be followed during use
Precautions
(1) Keep the container sealed during storage, transportation and use. Avoid water and dust from entering the open container.
