How should baggage be checked
According to the relevant laws, passengers should pick up their checked baggage at the destination or intermediate point in time with the identification of the baggage tag, and submit the passenger ticket and baggage ticket if necessary.1. The carrier shall identify and deliver the checked baggage according to the baggage tag submitted for inspection. The Carrier shall not be responsible for whether the person claiming the Checked Baggage is the Passenger himself or herself and for any damage caused thereby.2. The Carrier shall deliver the Checked Baggage at the destination or intermediate point of the Checked Baggage as indicated in the Ticket and Baggage Ticket. Where possible, the passenger may also collect the checked baggage at the stopover point. However, for excess baggage that has already been transported, the freight paid for the unused flight segment shall not be refunded.3. If you claim checked baggage without presenting the baggage tag identification, the baggage claimant shall provide proof to the satisfaction of the Carrier and, if necessary, fill in an application form prescribed by the Carrier stating that you agree to indemnify the Carrier against any loss that may be incurred by the Carrier as a result. The absence of any written objection by the passenger claiming the checked baggage is prima facie evidence that the checked baggage has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the transportation voucher.
