Property Agreement Part 1
Article 1 All the following household properties owned by the insured and located at the address stated in this insurance policy are within the scope of the insurance subject matter Within.

1. Property specified in Article 1 that is kept by the insured on behalf of others or owned by others and for which the insured is responsible;
2. Stored in the hospital , indoor non-motorized agricultural machinery, agricultural tools and grain and agricultural and sideline products stored indoors;
3. Other property approved by the insurer.
Article 3 The following household property is not within the scope of the insurance subject matter:
1. Gold and silver, jewelry, diamonds and products, jade, jewelry, ancient coins, antiques, calligraphy and paintings, stamps, Artworks, rare metals and other precious property;
2. Currency, bills, securities, documents, books, account books, charts, technical data, computer software and information, and property whose value cannot be determined;
3. Daily consumables, various means of transportation, breeding and planting plants;
4. Properties used for industrial and commercial production and business activities and houses rented for industrial and commercial use ;
5. Wireless communication tools, pens, lighters, watches, various tapes, disks, audio and video laser discs;
6. Use reed mats, straw, linoleum felt, wheat straw, reeds , bamboo poles, canvas, plastic sheets, cardboard, etc. as exterior walls and roofs, simple sheds and firewood sheds, livestock sheds, toilets that are not integrated with the insured houses, fences, uninhabited houses and the property stored inside;
7. Houses requisitioned and occupied by relevant government departments, illegal buildings, dangerous buildings, illegally occupied properties, and properties in a dangerous state;
8. Others that do not fall under Article 1 , family property listed in Article 2.
Insurance liability
Article 4 If the insured subject is damaged due to the following reasons, the insurer shall be responsible for compensation in accordance with this clause:
1. Fire or explosion;
2. Lightning strikes, typhoons, tornadoes, storms, heavy rains, floods, snowstorms, hailstorms, ice, mudslides, cliff avalanches, sudden landslides, and sudden ground subsidence;
3. Falling of flying objects and other aerial objects, collapse of external buildings and other fixed objects not owned or used by the insured.
Article 5 The insurer is also responsible for compensation for the following losses and expenses:
1. When an insured accident occurs, reasonable and necessary measures shall be taken to rescue the insured subject matter or prevent the spread of the disaster. measures resulting in loss of the insured subject matter.
2. After an insured accident occurs, the insured shall bear the necessary and reasonable expenses paid by the insured to prevent or reduce the loss of the insured subject matter.
Exemption of liability
Article 6 The insurer is not responsible for compensation for loss of the insured subject due to the following reasons:
1. War, hostilities, military operations , armed conflict, strike, robbery;
2. Nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation and radioactive pollution;
3. Insured person and his family members, residents and employees Illegal, criminal or intentional conduct.

Article 7 The insurer is not responsible for compensation for the following losses and expenses:

Insured amount and insured value
Article 8 The insured amount of the house, indoor ancillary equipment, and interior decoration shall be determined by the insured based on the purchase price or market price. The insured value of the house, indoor ancillary equipment, and interior decoration is the replacement value at the time of the accident.
The insured amount of indoor property is determined by the insured based on the actual value at that time.
Regardless of items: determined according to the proportion of each major category of property in the insurance amount, that is, household appliances and cultural, sports and entertainment supplies account for 40% of indoor property (30% in rural areas), and clothing and bedding account for 30%. (15 in rural areas), 30 in furniture and other daily necessities, and 25 in rural agricultural machinery and equipment. The insurance amount of special property shall be agreed upon by both the insured and the insurer.
Insurance period and insurance premium
Article 9 The insurance period is one year, three years and five years respectively. All insurance coverage starts from 0:00 on the insurance date and ends at 24:00 on the expiration date. When the insurance period expires, the insurance liability automatically terminates. Renewal of insurance upon expiration requires separate procedures.
Article 10 The insured shall pay insurance premiums in accordance with the following provisions:
