I. Management of the hospital area

3. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter between people in the hospital area.
4. Patients with fever and those who come to the hospital from medium and high-risk areas should go to the fever clinic strictly according to the guidance of the pre-screening and triage staff.
Two, outpatient management
1, all people entering the hospital area, in and out of the specified entrances and exits, take the initiative to show the health pass code; for those who do not have a cell phone or for other reasons can not provide the trip code, please show your ID card, and the staff will ask about the epidemiological history and manually fill out the registration form to ensure that the patient can be a smooth access to medical care.
2. All patients and their companions should bring their ID cards with them when they come to the hospital, and be sure to truthfully inform the staff of your recent whereabouts and body temperature. If you have fever or suspected epidemiological history, please obey the staff arrangements.
3. In order to avoid gathering of people and cross-contamination, all outpatient clinics, except for the emergency and fever clinics, are scheduled by appointment.

5, fever sentinel 24 hours. Anyone with fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, etc., please go to the fever sentinel site in a timely manner, please fever patients or their families to cooperate with the health care workers epidemiological investigations, and do not leave the fever sentinel site before the nucleic acid test report is not available.
Three, ward management
1, new patients and accompanying staff must enter the ward with a negative nucleic acid test results, and patients with acute and critical illnesses should be placed in the buffer ward without nucleic acid test results.
2, inpatient wards implemented 24-hour closed management, declined all visits, and advocate WeChat, telephone and other means of condolences. In addition to hospitalized patients, licensed escorts, hospital staff, other people are not allowed to enter the ward.
3. Strictly limit the number of escorts, so that non-essential non-escort. Do need to accompany the person, in principle, only arrange a fixed companion, and the issuance of a companion card; patient companion card should be a personal photo, ID card number, accompanied by the object of the ward and other specific information. If there are special circumstances, there is a need to increase the number of escorts, must be agreed by the patient's ward director or head nurse, to be replaced or added to the escorts of the nucleic acid test negative, before the issuance of escorts in and out of the ward.

The accompanying staff and patients are all in and out to check the documents, please obey the management of the ward, do not string wards, do not mess around, do a good job of epidemiological investigation, health monitoring and nucleic acid test during hospitalization.
