Article 2: Increase some household medical equipment commodities, add vision trainers, hearing aids, orthopedic fixation devices, household respiratory support equipment (non-life support) to the list of duty-free commodities for off-island travelers, with a limit of two pieces per person per purchase.
Domestic and foreign travelers, including residents of Hainan Province (i.e., island residents), who are at least 16 years old. The identity of island resident travelers is determined on the basis of the identity card issuing authority, and all are eligible for shopping. Among them, non-island resident travelers can enjoy a maximum of 2 tax-free shopping policies per person per year, and island residents can enjoy a maximum of 1 per person per year.
