Joining United Family Healthcare (UFH) in 1996, Ms. Pan has a wealth of experience in foreign hospital management, having served as Project Manager, Administrative Manager, Assistant General Manager, Acting Director of Shanghai United Family Hospitals (SHU), and Vice President of Strategic Systems Development.
Ms. Pan has in-depth experience in government relations, hospital operations, strategic business planning, local market development, and multi-cultural corporate culture, as well as human resources management.
During her career at UFH, Ms. Pan has been personally responsible for the approval and construction of foreign hospitals, as well as project budgeting, supervision, budget control, importation of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, and recruitment of non-medical personnel and management training.
Ms. Pan has a comprehensive understanding of China's healthcare system, policies and regulations, and is well versed in the development of foreign-funded hospitals in China, as well as the current situation and development of China's healthcare market. In addition to her busy work schedule, Ms. Pan is also pursuing a doctorate degree in hospital management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. At the same time, Ms. Pan serves as a guest lecturer at Capital University of Medical Science and Technology, where she offers a course on international hospital management. He is known as "the first person who manages foreign-funded hospitals in China" in the industry.
