In order to strengthen the construction of the medical insurance system and improve the efficiency of the use of the individual account fund, the scope of payment of the individual account has been adjusted as follows:
I. The payment of the individual account of medical insurance for sterilized supplies has been expanded from the words of WeiFeiZhiJinZi, WeiFeiZhiQunZi to the sterilized supplies within the scope of WeiFeiZhiJinZi, WeiFeiZhiZiQuanZi supplies (except household goods).
The medical insurance individual account can pay for the following diagnostic and treatment items and medical materials at designated medical institutions and designated retail pharmacies:
(1) general consultation fees;
(2) registration fees;
(3) remote visual medical services;
(4) application of PET, E-beam CT, and other medical services; and
(4) application of PET, E-beam CT, E-beam CT, E-beam CT, E-beam CT, E-beam CT, E-beam CT, E-beam CT, and other medical services. PET), electron beam CT, ophthalmic excimer laser therapy and other large-scale medical equipment for examination and treatment programs;
(v) myopic orthopedics;
(vi) dental cleaning;
(vii) eyeglasses, dentures, prosthetics, prosthetic eyes, prosthetic limbs.
Three, the funds in the individual account of medical insurance can pay for the following expenses of the person and his/her immediate family members:
(i) the individual contribution to the supplemental medical insurance for major illnesses of urban workers;
(ii) the premiums of flexibly employed persons to participate in the basic medical insurance for urban workers and the supplemental medical insurance for major illnesses.
Four, the funds in the individual account of medical insurance can pay for the following expenses of the immediate family members:
(1) hospitalization medical expenses incurred in medical insurance designated medical institutions which are the responsibility of the individual;
(2) preventive vaccination expenses incurred in medical insurance designated medical institutions.
V. This Notice shall be interpreted by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Yunnan Province.
