Application analysis of pure water central treatment system in central water treatment system

The construction of centralized water supply system and high-quality water supply system in hospital center can not only improve the modern management level of the hospital, but also produce greater benefits. Centralized water supply system and sub-quality water supply system can quickly replace the independent pump water supply system of each department because of their advantages such as good water quality controllability, low total investment cost, low operating cost, large room selectivity and small total floor space. In the process of hospital modernization, although the investment ratio of hospital pure water project is small, it involves a wide range of departments. With the gradual improvement of hospital water quality standards, more and more attention has been paid by leaders of medical and health institutions at all levels. The United States, Japan and other economically developed countries have successively established and implemented relatively perfect hospital pure water use management systems and pure water standards of different disciplines as early as the 1970s. Subsequently, more and more hospitals have established centralized water supply systems and sub-quality water supply systems. The so-called centralized water supply and quality water supply means that tap water is treated in depth with a set of water making machine to make it meet the water quality standards that can be directly used by all departments, and then supplied to all departments through pipe networks respectively. Since the end of the 20th century, China has introduced and implemented the concepts and schemes of centralized water supply and quality water supply. In recent years, the centralized water supply system with different quality is rapidly replacing the original independent water supply equipment with its unique advantages.

A general hospital needs at least high-quality pure water such as biochemical examination water, pathological water, hemodialysis water, central supply room water, surgical irrigation water, DSI catheter irrigation water, dental irrigation water, obstetric baby irrigation water and preparation room water. In the existing facilities of hospitals in China, pure water is basically supplied by independent water pumps in various departments in the comprehensive buildings invested and built before the early 1990 s. In recent years, in newly-built and rebuilt general hospitals, in order to maximize the use of resources and further improve the modern management of hospitals, the mode of centralized preparation of pure water and high-quality water supply system has been adopted one after another. The basic technological process of this mode is as follows: The centralized water supply mode with different quality has the following advantages:

1. Improve management efficiency and management level. The centralized water supply system with different quality not only has the automatic control function of PLC unattended, but also reserves the communication protocol interface with the monitoring room of the hospital chief duty. Through the personnel on duty in the monitoring room, the system can be monitored and even manipulated.

2. Reduce the work intensity of front-line medical workers, improve their professional work efficiency and sense of responsibility, and be more conducive to the maintenance and management of medical pure water equipment. The supply of pure water by independent drinking fountains generally requires the medical staff of various departments to be responsible for its operation and operation. In this way, medical workers not only have to complete their own heavy medical tasks, but also face the operation and maintenance of unfamiliar water treatment equipment, which eventually distracts the professional attention of medical workers and increases the frequency of equipment failures due to the lack of basic maintenance knowledge. The central pure water supply system can make up for this defect.

3. Save precious hospital rooms. Each department's independent water machine supplies pure water, and its room must be selected near the water intake point. Because the water treatment equipment in each department is relatively independent, it not only increases the difficulty of room selection, but also has to divert the main medical room to the water treatment equipment room, increasing the total room area of each department. The central pure water centralized supply system reduces the total room area by more than half, and at the same time reduces the requirements for housing, which can be a basement, a top floor or a podium, thus saving valuable main medical room.

4. Reduce equipment investment and operating costs. Compared with pure water supplied by independent water makers in various departments, the running cost of centralized water equipment will be reduced by more than half if the same department supplies water. Because centralized water equipment is relatively centralized, the power consumption of pure water preparation unit is greatly reduced. In addition, because the central pure water supply equipment can use 100% of water resources, its operating cost will be further reduced.

5. The water quality is more secure. Centralized water supply system and distributed water supply system can realize closed circulating water supply because of their respective structures, and there is no water accumulation or pollution source. In addition, the pure water is basically in the present state, so the quality of water has been effectively guaranteed.

Its advantages are:

Central water purification system:

A, chlorine, heavy metals and solid suspended particles in water can be removed;

B, it has sterilization function;

C, activated carbon can remove all kinds of organic matters and can be directly drunk;

D, the system has automatic maintenance function.

Central soft water system:

A, replacing calcium and magnesium ions in water with natural resin to reduce the hardness of water;

B, reduce the wear and tear of minerals in water on clothes and skin;

C, avoid the generation of scale in pipes, valves, bathroom equipment and household appliances, and prolong the service life;

D, avoid forming yellow spots on sanitary ware and tableware and other minerals in the water.

Central pure water system:

A, adopting reverse osmosis, and filtering for five times through accurate calculation and matching;

B, the treated water becomes pure water, and the water quality reaches the national bottled water standard.
