[Recommendation 5: The Legend of the Eight Dogs]

The Satomi army was unprepared and had to defend the city. However, Satomi was also in the midst of a famine, and the Anzai army showed no signs of retreat. [Recommended 6. Twelve Kingdoms]
Strictly speaking, this is not a work of history, because the world in the story is the author's illusory and unrealistic world, but I still very much enjoyed this work, and I especially enjoyed reading the original novel, the fantasy world portrayed in the story/the historical background of the Twelve Kingdoms, the human characteristics/grand ancient war scenes ......

It's a work with a fantastical twist. The story takes place in Edo, where the samurai are in decline due to the rise of the "Tenjin," an alien force from the universe, and the abolition of the sword. But there is a man who still holds on to the soul of the samurai....
His name is Sakata Gintoki. This guy with a sweet tooth & a no-nonsense attitude might be able to split the corrupt Edo in two ......?
"This is a work that depicts the legendary characters of the 'Shinsengumi', a group known as the 'Noname Wolf' at the end of the Shogunate, who were famous real historical figures"
"This is a work that depicts the legendary characters of the 'Shinsengumi', a group known as the 'Noname Wolf' at the end of the Shogunate." p>......Why are you hitting me for telling the truth......
Well, here's the truth: it's a story of "a sudden invasion by an alien civilization in a time of empty space, and the previously awesome samurai are collectively in a state of near-unemployment. They're all unemployed, so they've turned into comedians."
Excerpted from "I'm telling the truth and you don't believe me" - "It's the truth" There are more than enough manga out there that have something to do with Shinsegae to make a big project out of it, but Silver Souls is definitely one of the most "wacky" of them all. With team names like "Shinjyougumi", characters with last names like "Tsuchikata, Kondo, Okita, and Katsura", and a place called "Edo", it's almost as if it's another "Shinjyougumi N". The name is "Edo", and all of this makes it seem like this is another one of those "Shinsengumi N" works.
But when you see all the little quirks like "Junior JUMP," "TV," "department stores," and so on, it immediately makes you think. "...... This is actually a quirky manga, right?"
It's true that within the authors at hand, Hidetoshi Kochi is a bit of a different breed.
The man's personal style is distinctive, his works are full of seemingly wacky logic, and the author's wild imagination can be seen everywhere in the subtleties of his stories. It's a little bit of Fujisaki Ryu, and a little bit of Kubo Bandits from the beginning, and the heroine has a little bit of "messy horse" in her.
[I spit out a mouthful of water when I saw this guy make the analogy of "drawing is like showing your ass on the street", it's not normal, Hidetsuki Kochi is definitely not normal ......]
The funny thing about Silver Souls is that it's got far more beautiful art than the original, and Kochi's own drawings are far better than the original. The original work, the drawing style of the empty knowledge himself is definitely not good-looking, but its homage to pull out is a dazzle over a ......
The quality is amazingly high. It doesn't have much of an impact in the country yet, but I'm guessing it's just a period of gathering popularity like Kubo's, and it's bound to explode in time.
The "True Composers" uniforms are designed to look great on the body, and have become a new favorite among cosplayers lately...... but they must be very hot in the summer.
