6.1 Technical Preparation

6.2 Team Preparation

6.3 Material Security

National and provincial nuclear emergency response organizations and nuclear facilities operating units to establish and improve the research and development, production and reserve system of nuclear emergency response equipment, to ensure that the response to nuclear accidents need. The National Nuclear Emergency Coordination Committee improves the mechanism of radiation monitoring and protection, medical treatment, meteorological monitoring, accident rescue, decontamination and decontamination, as well as power, communication, transportation and other aspects of the equipment and materials reserve mechanism and producer registration mechanism, and do a good job of emergency materials transfer and emergency distribution work program. 6.4 Financial Security

The funds required for national and provincial nuclear emergency preparedness are arranged by the central and local governments respectively. Nuclear emergency response organizations at all levels should, according to the actual situation, take desktop exercises, practical exercises and other ways to frequently carry out emergency response exercises to test, maintain and improve nuclear emergency response capabilities. State-level nuclear emergency response joint exercises organized by the National Nuclear Emergency Coordination Committee, generally held once every three to five years; the National Nuclear Emergency Coordination Committee member units according to the need to organize individual exercises.
