9. Full support and organization to promote all types of production enterprises to resume production. District units to form a joint effort to serve enterprises, the resumption of work enterprises to strengthen the guidance of prevention and control measures to help prevent and control the production of materials and enterprises affected by the epidemic, coordination of its raw material supply, logistics and transportation, prevention and control of material security, labor and trade disputes and other issues. For enterprises whose foreign trade orders have been affected, we will assist them in issuing the certificate of force majeure. 10. Strengthening of labor guidance and services to enterprises. For enterprises to temporarily increase employment during the resumption of work one after another, to build a platform for communication between supply and demand among enterprises, to realize the effective allocation of human resources in the short term, and to do a good job in guiding and coordinating labor relations.
Minhang District will continue to optimize administrative approvals, increase the strength of the "one network", standardize administrative law enforcement. Eligible enterprises should apply to the relevant departments and units before April 30, 2020. If the central government and the city introduce relevant support policies after the release of this policy, follow the implementation of the higher policy.
