The probe is equipped with a sensor. When the probe comes into contact with the target gas, the sensor will convert the exposed chemical signal into an electrical signal and send it to the detector. After being processed by the internal program, a conclusion will be drawn. (Including gas composition, density, etc.).
The gas detector is an instrument tool for gas leakage concentration detection, mainly referring to portable/handheld gas detectors. Gas sensors are mainly used to detect the types of gases present in the environment. Gas sensors are sensors used to detect the composition and content of gases.
Purpose
The gas detector can detect hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, oxygen, sulfur dioxide, phosphine, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen cyanide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, Various gases such as ozone and flammable gases are widely used in on-site detection in petrochemical, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, municipal gas, environmental monitoring and other places. It can meet the measurement needs of special occasions; it can detect gas concentration or leakage in tunnels, pipelines, tanks, confined spaces, etc.
Maintenance
1. Check the gas flow, usually 30/h. If the flow is too large or too small, it will have a greater impact on the analyzer results
2. Replace Filter paper: Stop the air pump and drain the filter tank
3. Check whether there is air leakage in the air system. Check whether the diaphragm of the sob pump is damaged, whether the sealing ring of the sampling probe is broken, whether the four-way valve and condensed steam are damaged, etc.
4. Clean the sampling probe and clear the sampling hole pipeline
5 . Check whether the condenser is working normally. Usually the temperature is adjusted within 3 degrees Celsius.
6. Check the measuring chamber to see if it is dirty and clean it in time.
